zvoove Strengthens European Presence with Acquisition of Specialized SaaS Platform, CleanManager

German-based zvoove has expanded its digital ecosystem in the European cleaning sector with the acquisition of CleanManager, a Danish SaaS provider recognized for its tailored solutions for cleaning service companies. The transaction, set to close on August 26, comes with undisclosed financial terms and marks a major milestone in zvoove’s growth strategy, paving the way for deeper expansion into the Nordic and UK markets.

Founded in 2019 in Wietmarschen, Germany, zvoove provides software and AI solutions for the temporary staffing, cleaning services, and private security sectors. voove provides software and AI-based digital tools targeting the temporary staffing, cleaning services, and private security sectors. It was formed following the merger of several companies, including LANDWEHR, rhb, prosoft, and BackOffice. The company's portfolio combines software and AI-driven tools to streamline processes such as recruiting, scheduling, quality management, applications, payroll, and workforce management. 

The addition of CleanManager further strengthens this platform by introducing advanced planning and time-tracking capabilities tailored specifically for cleaning service providers. Since its founding in 2010 in Odense, Denmark, CleanManager has become a trusted partner for cleaning companies across Denmark, Germany, and the UK, providing a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for cleaning service providers. The Danish firm streamlines operations, including scheduling, time tracking, quality control, documentation, cost calculation, and billing integration. CleanManager also offers features such as NFC-based clock-ins, audit templates, and quote calculation tools. 

Following the transaction with zvoove, CleanManager continues to operate with its existing team and support structure intact, benefiting from enhanced resources to accelerate development and fuel expansion in new markets.
