DealMaker Expands AI Capital-Raising Platform with Rally On Media Acquisition

DealMaker, a premier retail capital-raising platform based in New York City, announced today the strategic acquisition of Rally On Media, a prominent New York City-based video creative agency. The integration is set to revolutionize the digital capital campaign landscape by infusing DealMaker's AI-driven solutions with Rally On's award-winning video capabilities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Founded in 2015 by ex–Deloitte consultants Alex Portera and Brian Doochin, Rally On Media is a boutique video production and creative agency. The agency is known for crafting high-conversion equity-crowdfunding videos, driving over $250 million in investment since 2020. Rally On Media's clients include Grubhub, Fiverr, StartEngine, and NGOs like the United Nations.
