AMD Bolsters AI Innovation Through Strategic Acquisition of Enosemi

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMD), announced its acquisition of Enosemi, a leader in high-performance computing and graphics solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed to the public. The deal is expected to strengthen AMD’s ability to develop photonics and co-packaged optics solutions, particularly for next-generation AI systems.
