In addition to that, the website covers software tools, business-related topics, and tech tips. The CODEW is a one-man team. Erwin Castro, a tech writer and digital marketer, started the site to cover startup funding, but lately decided to focus more on M&A stories. 

The CODEWorld is not competing with the mainstream media and big tech sites (Bloomberg, TechCrunch, The Verge, etc.), absolutely not. The goal is simple- to become your trusted source for M&A (mergers and acquisitions) stories. The website is followed worldwide, mainly from the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
