HSI Expands Global Reach with HandsHQ Acquisition

HSI, a leading provider of cloud-based EHSQ, compliance, and workforce development solutions headquartered in Frisco, Texas, has announced the acquisition of London-based HandsHQ. This latest transaction aims to enhance HSI's offerings in risk management and safety training for high-risk industries worldwide.

Based in Frisco, Texas, HSI is renowned for integrating environmental health & safety quality (EHSQ), along with comprehensive training programs, into its proprietary software platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed to the public. 

HandsHQ specializes in simplifying health and safety processes through its innovative platform that includes Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) as well as Training Register tools. Their technology will complement HSI’s existing suite by offering customers enhanced capabilities for managing operational risks effectively.

With this acquisition, HSI reinforces its commitment to elevating global standards for compliance while fostering workforce development across various sectors, including construction and manufacturing.
